Under certain circumstances, we will accept returns and exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible with our products, and we will do what we can to make it right.

If you would like to make a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery 

  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

 

Conditions of return:

  • Candles must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Issues or Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item(s) is damaged, defective, or incorrect so that we can quickly evaluate and remedy the issue.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds except in extreme circumstances.
